Your beautiful two bedroomed, well appointed self-catering apartment is situated upstairs in our 17th century farmhouse. Over the last few years, it has been lovingly restored in a traditional manor - cotto tiles & wooden beams & shutters run throughout for rustic charm, complimented with modern comforts such as central heating & double glazing. Sleeping up to 6 guests, there are views oveer the gardens to the beautiful surrounding countryside.

Accommodation comprises of a master double bedroom with luxury bedding, second bedroom with single & sofa beds, fully fitted kitchen & dining room & lounge area with a large sofa bed to sleep a further 2 guests.

Outside there is a terrace for sitting in the sunshine & our large garden provides areas for relaxing, reading & BBQing or swimming in the pool. There is a boules area & many outdoor games for your entertainment. Hammocks and sunloungers are also provided for your relaxation.

The Hideaway is located in a quiet valley in Villa Conti, a peaceful little village between Amandola (6 miles) & Comunanza (2 miles) in Le Marche.

The attractive spa town of Sarnano is only 15 miles away & we are ideally situated for both the ski resorts at Sassotetto & the beaches of the Adriatic (both within a 40 minute drive).

Our nearby town of Amandola has a beautifully porticoed main square where you can sit outside one of the cafes & enjoy a coffee before wandering up through the old town's cobbled streets to view the stunning Monte Sibillini.

Hill top villages, churches, art galleries,museums, excellent restaurants, fantastic wines, markets and festivals. There really is something for everyone.
